What's Included in the Program?

Weekly Group Calls

Each week we'll get together to learn some fun and easy practices, share our wins, and ask questions. These calls will be recorded and accessible for the duration of the program.

Short, Fun Video Lessons

Every week you'll also receive several short, fun, and easy videos demonstrating brain-boosting practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. No special equipment needed!

Written Materials

 We all learn a bit differently, so we've also included checklists and PDFs for the exercises and videos so that you can quickly refer to them at any time. There are also bonus PDFs with extra materials like research and optional exercises  that you can tap into for even better results!
